Established around 1913
This building was constructed by Preston, a U.S. Southern Presbyterian Church missionary, as an ordinary bible school to educate locals into church leaders. Currently the 1st floor is used as hospital while the 2nd floor is used as memorial hall for George Watts, the financial sponsor during the establishment. The roof takes mansard form in which both ends of the gable roof are bent a little. Dormer windows were installed, one in the front and the other in the back, and stringcourse was used to indicate floors on the external wall. The building, which was built for mission work in Suncheon region, still maintains the original form to the almost perfect degree.
