Dalmasan Mountain features three yellow objects: the Buddha, the rocks, and the sunset. Mihwangsa Temple, which was built in 749 (or the 8th year of the reign of King Gyeongdeok of Silla), overlooks the West Sea with beautiful rocks behind it, giving it the appearance of a folding screen. It preserves many cultural heritage objects, and forms part of an attractive vista along with Dalmasan Mountain. The small islands along the South Coast, the long layers of quartzite along the mountain ridge, and white-colored rocky peaks create a picturesque scenic view.
