This building was established in 1954 as the administration building of Mokpo Teacher’s College, and is now used as the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration. Gable roof and bulky canopy were installed in the frontocentral to stress the frontality of the entrance. The pillar that supports the canopy in the rear entrance exhibits dynamic design with larger upper portion compared to lower portion. Granite stones from Mokpo area were used to achieve classical design.
