I have read Korean Act on the safeguarding and promotion of intangible cultural heritage 2018 and its enforcement decree. Your legislation is very interesting in providing several mechanism to implement UNESCO ICH Convention 2003. However, as I read it through, I could not find a criteria and a procedure of Korean ICH to nominate as UNESCO ICH of Humanity. If I understand correctly, it is under the power of the ICH Committee and the Administrator of the CHA to determine. Could you please suggest where I could find the said Korean criteria and nomination procedure?
