The maximum number of participants allowed per tour has increased to 150 people from 100. The Changdeokgung Palace Moonlight Tour has offered a unique opportunity to witness and experience palatial beauty and it has been a much loved tour since 2010. The Moonlight Tour is provided 61 times for 49 days this year (last year, 40 times for 30 days), but the tickets for the Tour were sold out within minutes of their release last February. In order to satisfy increasing interest and participation of people, the Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) and the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation (KCHF) have decided to expand the number of participants allowed per tour to 150 people beginning on May 18th. The tickets for the Tour scheduled in May and June are available at ticket.interpark.com/Global from 2 p.m. on May 6th. For more detailed information, please contact at 02)2270-1233, 1238 (for the Moonlight Tour program) and at 1544-1555 (for ticket reservations). The Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) will continue to operate various programs to promote cultural heritage so that people can share, enjoy and preserve the value of cultural heritage.
