The building, established in 1938, was used as the streetcar platform of Cheongnyangni Station and later used as the tram-shed for the repairing and taking charge of locomotives. It is composed of 27 kan (a unit of measurement referring to the distance between two columns) and was arranged as semicircular form, but now the turntable where the direction of vehicles turn around and 10 kan of the right side were removed and 17 kan still remain today. This is the only repairing facilities for railroad vehicles and has the value in terms of the history of modern times and railroad station.
