This building was constructed as Tongyeong-gun Office and served its duty until 1995, when Chungmu city and Tongyeong-gun city were merged. Then it was used as an annex of Tongyeong City Hall until 2002. It is currently reborn into ‘Tongyeong International Music Festival House’ to praise world-class musicians. The center portion, where the main entrance is located, is protruding by 1m to provide overall left-right symmetry. Above the 2nd floor is semicircular pillar which is used as a flagpole. It still retains the original outer appearance, and is now used for culture and art of Tongyeong along with ‘Yun Isang Street.’
• The building was established in 1943 as Tongyeong-gun Office, and later served as the annex for Tongyeong City Hall. In 2002, the building was transformed into Yun Isang Festival House.

- On January 1, 1995, Chungmu city and Tongyeong-gun were merged to become Tongyeong City, and the main government office was relocated.

- It changed its function in 2002 and became Yun Isang Festival House. The building underwent large-scale renovation.
