Established in 1952
The building was constructed as Jeju-do Provincial Government Building during the Korean War and retained its function until 1980. It is now used as Jeju City Hall. Entrance porch and 3-story high tower above it stress the building’s frontality. Windows and doors to the left and right of the building were protruded to provide change in the architectural form. It possesses high degree of architectural completion for a building that was established during the Korean War, and it served as an example for official buildings of Jejudo until late 1960s.
