To whom can I email concerning world heritage inquires?

I am curious about Korea's Tentative List and aspiring nominations to the world heritage list. In addition, I will be returning to Korea in june, some of my travels will certainly be informed by Korea's most special cultural sites. I have visited all 12 UNESCO designated properties in Korea, and some of the current tentative list. I would like to correspond with the appropriate CHA staff that would be willing to inform me about Korea's world heritage program.
