Jongmyo Jerye Royal Ancestral Ritual Tradition Performance Jongmyo Management Office of CHA is holding an event, Jongmyo Jerye Royal Ancestral Ritual Tradition Performance at Shrine Palace and Jeonsacheong, a place for ritual ceremony preparation from September 5. Jongmyo Jerye Royal Ancestral Ritual Tradition Performance, having the origin in the State-Designated Important Intangible Cultural Heritage and UNESCO list, was used for the ritual ceremony for Kings and Queens in Joseon period. In this event, young people will be those who participate in sacrifices to experience the ritual at firsthand. Additionally, there are going to serve a lot of programs such as ritual ceremony lessons, try-on traditional cloth, preparing the ritual ceremony food and so on. It will run on Sep 1st and 3rd week, Oct 2nd and 4th week Saturday from 2pm to 4pm.
