This science and technology magazine, published between 1933 and 1944 by Kim Yong-gwan who chaired the Korean Inventors Society and the Association for the Dissemination of Scientific Knowledge, dealt with a wide variety of topics related to science and technology such as introductions to the new tendencies, measures for the promotion of science and technology, scientific inventions, industrial development, Q&As, and popularization of scientific knowledge. A total of 22 issues published between 1933 and 1941 are housed in the Yonsei University Library, and 28 issues (including four copies) published between 1933 and 1944, in the Korea University Library and Science Library. The magazine is highly regarded for the historical role it played in the education, development, and popularization of science for the Korean people in the early 20th century.
