The Former Building of the Suwon Cultural Center is a two-story brick building that was originally constructed as a company building of Joseon Jungang Mutual Loan Company. It served as the Suwon Cultural Center for a long time after the 1945 Liberation of Korea. Although it is relatively small, the building showcases many excellent architectural techniques and decorative elements.
