This unlined summer cambric jacket was made with loosely woven ramie cloth, one of the materials that are still used to make hanbok (traditional Korean clothes), although silk is currently the main fabric used to make them. This relic, as the only extant ramie cambric jacket, provides solid evidence that ramie cambric was actually used to make clothes.
