1) If we buy the integrated ticket do we have to pay an additional fee for the english interpretation services?
-> The palaces do not charge you extra fees for foreign language service. You just need to appear on time where the foreign language guided tour starts.

2) What is a english interpretation services for the Palaces versus a guided tour for the Huwon Garden?
-> The term ‘English interpretation service’ indicates English guided tour. An English-speaking interpreter guides visitors during the entire tour at the palace, explaining about the site in general, major buildings and facilities. We provide the same interpretation service at Changdeokgung Huwon as well.

3) The integrated ticket is valid for 1 month after purchase. Does that mean we can use the ticket several times in a month?
-> The integrated ticket consists of five tickets in all for four palaces and Jongmyo shrine. You have to consume all the tickets within a month, one ticket for one site.

4) The english tour for Changdeokgung Palace starts at 10:30am and ends at 11:30am. Do we have time to make it for the Huwon Garden english tour that begins at 11:30am?
-> Hamyangmun Gate where the Huwon Tour begins is just 2-3 minutes walk from Nakseonjae, the General Tour’s last spot. The General Tour takes 50 minutes in practice so that you may arrive at the Gate in time.
