I am going to Korean this summer for vacation and read about the night seeing.
I am Korean citizen, but living in the States for long time with my permanent resident card.
Am I eligible to buy the ticket at the palace since I live in the States?
Or since I am Korean, I can't buy it.
Please let me know.
FYI, I can take duty free in Korea since I am US resident.
