In order to offer citizens counseling services for cultural heritage, CHA opened “Cultural Heritage Call Center” on August 1. The Center will respond questions and suggestions from local people related to conservation, management and promotion of cultural heritage. Since May 2009, CHA has run a help desk especially for buried cultural properties, which usually dealt with development projects, research for excavation, sharing information between agencies in charge of excavation and the discovery of archaeological sites. Anyone can call at 1600-0064 for counseling services regarding buried cultural properties, excavation, alteration, intangible cultural heritage and cultural heritage promotion.
