Starlight Tour at Gyeongbokgung Palace

Gyeongbokgung Palace will open its door for a night tour from September 1 to 17. The Gyeonggokgung Palace Night Tour which will be called the “Starlight Tour with Daejanggeum”, includes a royal dinner, a Korean traditional music performance and a guided tour. After the royal dinner, visitors will be guided to the backyard in which major pavilions and halls including Hyangwonjeong Pavillion, Jibokjae and Gyeonghoeru Pavillion are located. The Gyeongbokgung Palace Starlight Tour will run twice a day, except on September 6th and 13th, and each tour will have a maximum of 60 visitors. Online reservations opened at 2 p.m. on August 19th at http://ticket.auction.co.kr, and a person can purchase up to four tickets. Senior visitors (over 65 years old) uncomfortable about going online or unable to use computers can make a reservation by calling 1566-1369.
