You will see a small mark "OPEN" in the bottom left corner of the hoto.
If you click on the mark, ther is an explanation concering the differnt types of the mark, as well as the respective scope of license.

As the Type 4 open source, you can freely use it without fee, but is not permitted to use for commercial purpose, or change or modify the contents.

I am not sure what type of magazine it is but you may use it for not-for-profit purposes.
