 Korea National University of Cultural Heritage Joins Hands with National University of Singapore for Academic and Cultural Exchange


 - Aiming to Cultivate Specialists in Cultural Heritage and Enhance International Exchange

MOU Signing Ceremony on March 25, 2 PM -


The Graduate School of Cultural Heritage at the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage (President Kang Kyung-Hwan), under the Cultural Heritage Administration, will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Architecture, College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore (President Tan EngChye) on March 25 at 2 PM at Yuhyundang, located in Buyeo, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. This MOU targets fostering friendly and sustainable academic and cultural exchanges between the two institutions.
This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the fields of cultural heritage protection, research, and education between the two institutions. It specifically seeks to facilitate exchanges among faculty, researchers, staff, and students between the International Cultural Heritage Studies (Master's and Doctoral levels) at the Graduate School of Cultural Heritage, Korea National University of Cultural Heritage, and the MAArC Master's Program in the Department of Architecture, College of Design and Engineering, National University of Singapore. Additionally, both institutions plan to broaden their collaboration through the organization of joint workshops, conferences, and the development of academic and educational research projects.
Furthermore, this collaboration aims to enhance mutual academic and cultural understanding and explore new opportunities for international cooperation.
The Korea National University of Cultural Heritage, as the only specialized national heritage university in Korea, will continue to actively expand its collaboration and exchange with overseas institutions related to cultural heritage. This proactive administration aims to significantly contribute to the training of specialists in the field of national heritage and enhance domestic and international exchanges.
