If we want to visit Changdeokgung on a Thursday, we pay an admission fee of 15,000KRW to roam the grounds freely right?
Do we get access to Biwon as well?

Or is access to Biwon strictly by guided tours everyday, and will these Biwon tours be available on Thursdays? What are the timings for English tours of Biwon on Thursdays?
