Can I stuff natural monument animals such as eagles?
Can I stuff natural monument animals such as eagles?

In the case that a natural monument animal has been found deceased or died while receiving medical treatment, one can have a stuffing and repair expert stuff the animal, and display it after submitting the written application for altering the condition of a State-designated cultural heritage along with the document on the kind of natural monument animal, initial rescuer, rescue and treatment record, and the date of death as well as a photograph of the deceased animal and the exhibit proposal, and obtaining permission from the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration.

Anyone who, without permission, has captured a natural monument animal or stuffed a deceased natural monument will be punished under the Cultural Heritage Protection Act.
